The black and white photographs are of Elder Conservatorium and University staff, students, building, visitors, musicians, singers and actors. Photographs collected by Maude Puddy, long time accompanist and teacher, contain signed dedications from nationally and internationally renowned musicians. Others are dedicated to F W (Marjorie) Cornell, a prominent arts patron and promoter. There is also a small original portrait of violinist and teacher Hermann Heinicke painted by Ella Jurs
